We’re both established in our careers and enjoy spending our free time being active—whether playing sports 🏊‍♀️ or cooking together 🍳.

A harmonious living environment is important to us 🤝. We’re not looking for a purely functional shared apartment, but rather a friendly living situation where we can meet up in the kitchen for a chat every now and then ☕.

Room

The apartment is located on the ground floor of a well-maintained apartment building in the northern part of Hamburg-Altona 🏡.

The room, which is approximately 22 square meters in size, features a large window, making it particularly bright and inviting ☀️. Since it’s unfurnished, it offers plenty of room for your own ideas and personal touches 🛋️.

A real highlight is the terrace 🍹—perfect for winding down at the end of the day.

The kitchen is practically equipped with an oven, a ceramic cooktop, an exhaust hood, and a large refrigerator with a freezer compartment 🍳.

The open hallway features a cozy sitting area with a TV 📺, ideal for unwinding.

The bathroom is perfect for both a quick shower and a relaxing soak in the tub 🛁, and offers plenty of space for all your essentials.

There are no additional fees—everything is already included in the flat-rate rent ✅.

Location

The apartment is located in the far north of Altona, right on the border with the up-and-coming Lurup neighborhood in western Hamburg 🌿.

The Lurup Center is about a 10-minute walk away 🛍️. There you’ll find all the shops you need for daily necessities, as well as doctors, pharmacies, banks, bakeries, and a post office.

The Elbe Shopping Center is about a 5-minute drive or a 10-minute bike ride away—a true paradise for shopping enthusiasts 🛒.

Hamburg’s city center—including Mönckebergstraße, Spitalerstraße, and Jungfernstieg—is about a 30-minute ride away by public transportation.

For relaxation in nature, the Altonaer Volkspark is just a 5-minute walk away ☀️. Covering 205 hectares, it is Hamburg’s largest public park. It’s also home to the Barclays Arena for concerts and sporting events 🎶 as well as the Volksparkstadion.

From Lurup, many other attractive destinations are within easy reach: Blankenese and the Elbe beach 🌊, the Klövensteen recreational area 🌲, the Osdorf outdoor pool 🏊‍♂️, the Elbgaustraße indoor pool 🏊‍♀️, and, of course, the Port of Hamburg ⚓.

Just a few minutes’ walk from the apartment is a bus stop for lines 2 and 3 🚌, which take you to the center of Altona in about 15 minutes.

From there, the S-Bahn takes you to Hamburg Central Station 🚆 in about 10 minutes—offering perfect connections in all directions.

The location is also ideal for drivers: Luruper Hauptstraße provides quick access to the A7 and A23, including via the Bahrenfeld, Othmarschen, Volkspark, and Eidelstedt interchanges.
