We are Sascha (25) and Melanie (23) and are looking for an open and friendly person who would like to become part of our shared flat 🏡.
We both have established careers and like to spend our free time actively - whether doing sports 🏃‍♂️🏊‍♀️ or cooking together 🍳.

Harmonious coexistence is important to us 🤝. We don't want a purely functional flat share, but a friendly life together where we can meet up in the kitchen for a chat ☕😄.

Room

The apartment is located on the first floor of a well-kept apartment building in the north of Hamburg-Altona 🏡🌳.

The approx. 22 sqm room has a large window and is therefore particularly bright and friendly ☀️. As it is unfurnished, it offers plenty of space for your own ideas and individual design 🛋️.

The terrace is a real highlight 🌿🍹 - perfect for relaxing at the end of the day.

The kitchen is practically equipped with an oven, ceramic hob, extractor hood and a large fridge with freezer compartment 🍳.

In the open hallway there is a cozy sitting area with TV 📺, ideal for switching off.

The bathroom invites you to take a quick shower or a relaxing bath in the tub 🛁🚿 and offers enough space for all important utensils.

There are no additional costs - everything is already included in the all-inclusive rent 💶✅.

Location

The apartment is located in the far north of Altona, right on the border with the up-and-coming district of Lurup in the west of Hamburg 🌿.

The Lurup-Center can be reached on foot in around 10 minutes 🛍️. There you will find all stores for daily needs as well as doctors, pharmacies, banks, bakeries and a post office.

The Elbe-Einkaufszentrum can be reached by car in around 5 minutes or by bike in around 10 minutes - a real paradise for shopping fans 🛒.

Hamburg city center with Mönckebergstraße, Spitalerstraße or Jungfernstieg can be reached by public transport in about 30 minutes.

The Altonaer Volkspark is just a 5-minute walk away for relaxation in the countryside 🌳☀️. With its 205 hectares, it is Hamburg's largest public park. It is also home to the Barclays Arena for concerts and sporting events 🎶 and the Volksparkstadion.

Many other attractive destinations can be reached quickly from Lurup: Blankenese and the Elbe beach 🌊, the Klövensteen recreational area 🌲, the Osdorf outdoor pool 🏊‍♂️, the Elbgaustraße indoor pool 🏊‍♀️ and, of course, the Port of Hamburg ⚓.

There is a bus stop for lines 2 and 3 🚌 just a few minutes' walk from the apartment, which will take you to the center of Altona in around 15 minutes.

From there, the S-Bahn takes you to Hamburg Central Station in around 10 minutes 🚆 - perfect connections in all directions.

The location is also ideal for drivers: Luruper Hauptstraße provides quick access to the A7 and A23, including the Bahrenfeld, Othmarschen, Volkspark and Eidelstedt junctions.
