Unfurnished 22 sqm shared room with terrace for 01.02. in Hamburg - Altona

Hi everyone, a room is becoming available in our shared flat :)

We are Nicolas (24) and Melanie (23) and are looking for a new, friendly person for our shared flat. We have both already started our careers. In our free time we like to do sports. This includes running or swimming and we are also musically inclined.

We don't want a functional flat share, but a nice life together. If you have a sense of cleanliness and could imagine becoming part of our flat share, then please get in touch :)

Room

The apartment is located on the first floor of an apartment building in the north of Hamburg - Altona.
The room is approx. 22 square meters in size and is wonderfully bright and flooded with light thanks to the large window. As it is unfurnished, it can be furnished and designed entirely according to your own wishes and needs. The highlight is not only the pleasant size, but also the terrace where you can end the evening. The kitchen is equipped with an oven with ceramic hob and matching extractor hood and a large fridge with freezer compartment. There is a cozy seating area with TV in the open hallway. The bathroom invites you to take a relaxing shower or bath in the tub and offers enough space for all the utensils you need.

There are no additional costs, they are all included in the all-inclusive rent.

Location

The apartment is located in the far north of Altona, on the border of the up-and-coming district of Lurup in the west of Hamburg.
The Lurup-Center, where you can find all stores for daily needs, as well as doctors, pharmacies, banks, bakeries and a post office, can be reached on foot in 10 minutes. The Elbe-Einkaufszentrum can be reached by car in about 5 minutes and by bike in about 10 minutes. Here, too, you will find everything your shopping heart desires.
If you want to go to Hamburg city center, Mönckeberg, Spitalerstr. or Jungfernstieg, you can get there by public transport in about 30 minutes.

If you want to get out and about, the Altonaer Volkspark is a 5-minute walk from the apartment. At 205 hectares, it is Hamburg's largest public park. In addition, of course, the "Barcleys" multi-purpose hall for concerts and sporting events, as well as the Volksparkstadion of our HSV.
From Lurup, you can also reach other exciting and well-known destinations inside and outside Hamburg in no time at all. Blankenese and the Elbe beach, the Klövensteen recreation area, the Osdorf outdoor pool, the Elbgaustraße indoor pool and, of course, the Port of Hamburg.

A few minutes' walk from the apartment is a bus stop for bus lines 2 and 3, which take you to the center of Altona in about 15 minutes.
From there, the S-Bahn takes you to Hamburg Central Station in about 10 minutes, from where you can travel in all directions.

If you have a car, Luruper Hauptstraße offers a quick connection to the A7 and A23 via various highway feeder roads, such as the Bahrenfeld, Othmarschen, Volkspark and Eidelstedt exits and slip roads.
