We’re currently setting up a brand-new shared apartment, and we’re looking for friendly roommates who want to work together to create a beautiful and cozy home. ✨

It’s important to us that this isn’t just a functional living arrangement. We’re looking for a relaxed, open, and warm atmosphere where people enjoy hanging out in the kitchen, cooking together 🍝, or doing things together every now and then. 🎶

For us, a certain sense of cleanliness and order is part of living together. Of course, it doesn’t have to be clinically clean—we simply hope that everyone does their part and treats each other with respect. 🧹

A total of four shared apartment rooms are available—all rooms are rented unfurnished:

→ Room 4: 16 square meters for €899

A completely new residential neighborhood called Urban.Isle is being built on Kanalstraße in Billhorn. This is where our newly created 4-person shared apartment is located on the 4th floor—a modern new building with high-quality amenities and brand-new to move into.
The apartment is currently being fully furnished and equipped. For you, that means: Everything is brand new, and you’ll be among the first residents of the apartment. 🏠✨

The apartment is located in Rothenburgsort, in a central yet pleasantly quiet area—surrounded by plenty of water and green spaces. 🌿🌊
