Hello dear seekers. A room is becoming available in our shared flat and we are looking for you as Ricarda wants to move out.

We are Steffen, Paula, Jan-Phillip and Tais. We all pursue our professions and in our free time we are interested in
Sports, swimming, hiking or sailing, listening to music and dancing, tattooing, signs to come down, gambling, meeting our friends or traveling through the world.
We would be happy to meet an open, likeable person with whom we could perhaps do something together or simply spend the evening in the kitchen.

Room

The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of an apartment building centrally on Hansaplatz in St. Georg.

The room is particularly bright due to large windows, has a beautiful floorboard and is about 16 square meters. Due to the generous cut (it used to be 2 rooms), it can be furnished and designed according to your own wishes and needs. Here can be created wonderfully a bedroom or workplace. The highlight is the balcony, on which wonderful evenings can end. The modern fitted kitchen is equipped with an oven with matching ceramic hob, large refrigerator including freezer compartment, as well as a dishwasher and has a cozy seating area. The daylight bathroom is equipped with a bathtub. The washing machine is located in the guest toilet.

There are no additional costs. They are included in the all-inclusive rent, as well as access to TV, internet (network and WLAN) and telephone (incl. landline flat).

Location

The district of St. Georg has become a sought-after and popular residential area. Only a few minutes walk away are the Mönkeberg- and Spitaler Straße for a variety of shopping and shopping experiences, cafés and restaurants can be found in the Lange Reihe, among others. Our famous Alster, with its many recreational opportunities, as well as the cultural Hamburg city center with its theaters and museums is also in the immediate vicinity.
Hamburg's main train station is just a few minutes walk away. All suburban and subway trains and all long-distance trains leave from there.

If you are between 18 and 32 years old and would like to stay with us for at least 6 months. The move-in date suits you, you don't have any pets and would like to move into the room alone. Then write us a short email telling us a bit about yourself. We look forward to getting to know you :)
