We are Carla (25) psychologist from Düsseldorf, who likes ballet and Pilates, likes to travel with friends and occasionally visits exhibitions, Milan (25) shipping clerk from Leer, who likes to swim in his spare time, travels to distant countries and meets friends and Svane (20) trainee from Wyk auf Föhr who also likes to swim, jog, read and listen to music.
We would be happy about an open, sympathetic person with whom you can maybe do something together or just end the evening in the kitchen.

Room

The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of an apartment building centrally located on Hansaplatz in St. Georg.
The room, which is particularly bright due to large windows, has a beautiful plank floor and is about 18 square meters in size. Since it is unfurnished, it can be furnished and designed according to your own wishes and needs. The highlight is the balcony, where wonderful evenings can end. The fitted kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher and has a comfortable seating area. The day-lit bathroom is equipped with a bathtub. The washing machine is located in the guest toilet.

Location

The St. Georg district has become a sought-after and popular residential area. Just a few minutes' walk away are the Mönkeberg and Spitaler Straße for a variety of shopping and shopping experiences, cafés and restaurants can be found in the Lange Reihe. Our famous Alster, with its diverse leisure facilities, as well as the cultural center of Hamburg with its theaters and museums is also in the immediate vicinity.
The Hamburg Central Station can be reached in a few minutes on foot. From there, all S and U-Bahn trains and all long-distance trains run.
