A room is opening up in our shared apartment 🏡 and we’re looking for you ✨!

We’re Mutlu (30), Arturo (33), Patrick (29), and Sophie (27).

We all have our own careers, and in our free time we enjoy a wide variety of activities:
Sports (swimming, hiking, sailing)
Yoga & Pilates 🧘‍♀️
Listening to music & dancing 🎶💃
Sometimes gaming 🎮,
Meeting friends 🍻 or
Traveling 🌍✈️.

We’d love to meet an open & friendly person 🤗, someone we can maybe do things with 🥳 or just spend a cozy evening with in the kitchen 🍝🍷.

Room

The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of an apartment building 🏢 and is centrally situated on Hansaplatz in St. Georg, just a 2-minute walk from the main train station.

The bright room (approx. 16 sqm) features large windows and beautiful hardwood floors. Since it’s unfurnished, you can decorate it exactly as you like 🛋️. The highlight is the balcony 🌇, where you can enjoy a wonderful evening.

The built-in kitchen 🍳 is equipped with a dishwasher and features a cozy seating area 🪑☕. The naturally lit bathroom 🛁 invites you to relax in its bathtub.
There is also a guest bathroom where the washing machine is located 🧺.

Everything is already included in the flat-rate rent: TV 📺 and internet & Wi-Fi 🌐.

Location

The St. Georg district has developed into a popular residential area 🏙️✨.

Mönckebergstrasse and Spitaler Strasse are just a few minutes' walk away 🛍️ for a variety of shopping experiences 👜👟. Numerous cafés ☕ and restaurants 🍝 await you on Lange Reihe.

Our famous Alster 🌊⛵ with its wide range of leisure activities invites you to linger 🌳🚴‍♀️, and the cultural city center 🎭🎶 with theaters and museums 🖼️ is also very close by.

Hamburg Central Station 🚉 is just a few minutes away. From there you have connections to all S-Bahn and U-Bahn trains 🚇 as well as long-distance trains 🚄 - perfect for mobility in all directions! 🌍✈️
