We’re an open, laid-back, and welcoming shared apartment where cleanliness and order are a top priority. 🧹 It’s especially important to us to live together harmoniously, so that everyone feels comfortable and can relax and unwind at home after a long day. 🛋️

There’s always something going on here, because we have such a wide variety of hobbies and interests! 😎 Many of us are active in sports—from fitness to surfing and soccer to gymnastics, we’ve got it all. ⚽ Stand-up paddleboarding on the Alster is also one of our favorite leisure activities. 🌊 We’ve also got plenty of delicious drinks in the shared apartment. 🍹 If you’re interested in design and creativity, you can chat with us over coffee while enjoying the fresh air. 🎨 Yoga and meditation are also great ways for us to relax together and find inner balance. 🌸 We also love listening to podcasts and discussing exciting topics. 🎧 As you can see, you’ll definitely never get bored with us! 🥳

The room available in this modern loft-style shared apartment is 11 m² and is being rented unfurnished. This gives you plenty of space to furnish it exactly as you like and get creative with the decor. 🛋️

The shared apartment is quietly located in the backyard of an apartment building—right on Lange Reihe and just a few minutes’ walk from the beautiful Alster. 🌳 Perfect for relaxing walks or a little break by the water.

The entire apartment, with its eight rooms, common areas, and three bathrooms, has been extensively renovated and features a modern, high-quality ambiance. ✨
