A room is becoming available in our shared flat 🏡 and we are looking for you ✨!

We are Mutlu (30) 👨‍💻, Jan-Phillip (33) 🎸, Zoe (30) 🌸 and Lale Lucia (28) 🌞.

All of us pursue our careers 💼 and in our free time we are super versatile:
Sports 🏊‍♂️🥾⛵ (swimming, hiking, sailing)
Yoga & Pilates 🧘‍♀️
Listening to music & dancing 🎶💃
Play games sometimes 🎮,
meeting friends 🍻 or
traveling 🌍✈️.

We would be very happy to meet an open-minded & person 🤗 with whom you can maybe do something 🥳 or just end the evening comfortably in the kitchen 🍝🍷.

Room

The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of an apartment building 🏢 and is centrally located on Hansaplatz in St. Georg, just a 2-minute walk from the main train station 🚆.

The bright room (approx. 16 sqm) impresses with its large windows and beautiful floorboards. As it is unfurnished, you can furnish it entirely according to your own wishes 🛋️. The highlight is the balcony 🌇, where you can enjoy the evening 🍷.

The fitted kitchen 🍳 is equipped with a dishwasher and has a cozy seating area 🪑☕. The daylight bathroom 🛁 invites you to relax with its bathtub.
There is also a guest WC, which houses the washing machine 🧺.

Everything is already included in the all-inclusive rent: TV 📺 and Internet & WLAN 🌐.

Location

The St. Georg district has developed into a popular residential area 🏙️✨.

Mönckebergstrasse and Spitaler Strasse are just a few minutes' walk away 🛍️ for a variety of shopping experiences 👜👟. Numerous cafés ☕ and restaurants 🍝 await you on Lange Reihe.

Our famous Alster 🌊⛵ with its wide range of leisure activities invites you to linger 🌳🚴‍♀️, and the cultural city center 🎭🎶 with theaters and museums 🖼️ is also very close by.

Hamburg Central Station 🚉 is just a few minutes away. From there you have connections to all S-Bahn and U-Bahn trains 🚇 as well as long-distance trains 🚄 - perfect for mobility in all directions! 🌍✈️
