Dear seekers. In our shared apartment three rooms become free and we are looking for you, because Steffen and Paula have already decided.

We are Jan-Phillip (31) and Tais (23). We are all pursuing our professions and in our free time we are interested in
Sports , by going swimming or sailing, listening to music, tattooing, signs to come down, also like to gamble sometimes, meet our friends or travel through the world history.
We would be happy to meet an open, sympathetic person, with whom you can maybe do something together or just spend the evening in the kitchen.

Room

The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of an apartment building centrally on Hansaplatz in St. Georg, 2 minutes walk from the main train station.

The room is particularly bright due to large windows, has a beautiful floorboard and is about 16 sqm. Since it is unfurnished, it can be furnished and designed entirely according to your own wishes and needs. The highlight is the balcony, where wonderful evenings can be spent. The fitted kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher and has a cozy seating area. The daylight bathroom invites you to relax in a bathtub. The washing machine is located in the guest toilet.

Service charges do not apply. They are included in the all-inclusive rent, as well as access to TV, internet (network and WLAN) and telephone (incl. landline flat).

Location

The district of St. Georg has become a sought-after and popular residential area. Only a few minutes walk away are the Mönkeberg- and Spitaler Straße for a variety of shopping and shopping experiences, cafés and restaurants can be found in the Lange Reihe, among others. Our famous Alster, with its many recreational opportunities, as well as the cultural Hamburg city center with its theaters and museums is also in the immediate vicinity.
Hamburg's main train station is just a few minutes walk away. All suburban and subway trains and all long-distance trains leave from there.
