New establishment of a 5-room shared flat centrally in Hamburg - St. Georg directly on Hansaplatz

Moin dear roommate seekers. We are founding a new flatshare centrally in Hamburg St. Georg and since everyone is moving in at the same time, you have the chance to start a new flatshare life :)

Jan Hendrik, Janos, Nathalia and Karl have already decided and are looking forward to a fifth person ;-)

Our goal is that it does not become a community of purpose, but we wish a nice coexistence of people who fit well together, are sympathetic and open-minded and have a healthy sense of cleanliness.

Maybe you will also bring someone directly with you who still wants to move in, no problem at all ;-)

Room

Moin dear WG-seekers, it's about a new foundation of a 5er WG in a super central location.

The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of an apartment building. It has 5 rooms that have been freshly renovated. The common areas were furnished and equipped by us (incl. Washing machine and refrigerator). This last free room is beautifully square cut and with 13 square meters has wonderful dimensions to set up in it.

Location

The St. Georg district has become a sought-after and popular residential area. Just a few minutes' walk away are the Mönkeberg and Spitaler Straße for a variety of shopping and shopping experiences, cafés and restaurants can be found in the Lange Reihe. Our famous Alster, with its diverse leisure facilities, as well as the cultural center of Hamburg with its theaters and museums is also in the immediate vicinity.
The Hamburg Central Station can be reached in a few minutes on foot. From there, all S and U-Bahn trains and all long-distance trains run.
