New foundation of a shared apartment for 5 people

Hello everyone,

a room is becoming available in our shared flat as Janos is moving out

We are Mark (26), Elora (20), Peter (36) and Karl (30). We all work and do sports in our free time, such as bouldering, swimming or going to the gym.
We are looking for people who would like to stay longer and who fit in well with us, are likeable and open-minded and have a healthy sense of cleanliness. Another member for this relaxed, fun, talkative and somewhat adventurous flat share. People who also enjoy cooking together, drinking wine or beer together and spending evenings together.

Room

Moin dear WG-seekers, it is about a start-up of a 5-person shared apartment in a super central location.

The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of an apartment building. It has 5 rooms, which have been freshly renovated. The common rooms were furnished and equipped by us (including washing machine and refrigerator). This last free room is nicely square cut and has with 13 sqm wonderful dimensions to furnish yourself in it.

Location

The St. Georg district has become a sought-after and popular residential area. Mönkebergstrasse and Spitaler Strasse are just a few minutes' walk away for a variety of shopping experiences, while cafés and restaurants can be found in Lange Reihe, among other places. Our famous Alster lake, with its many leisure activities, and Hamburg's cultural city center with its theaters and museums are also in the immediate vicinity.
Hamburg Central Station is just a few minutes' walk away. All S-Bahn, U-Bahn and long-distance trains run from there.

You could imagine yourself fitting into our shared flat and are looking for a room for yourself alone, you are between 18 and 32 years old, have no pets and would like to stay with us for at least 6 months, then please send us an e-mail with a short description of who you are and have a look at the room.
