Moin dear seekers. We have temporary rooms available from 01.07. and 01.08. until 31.08...
We are Martin (24) a student of primary school education from Kaiserslautern, who likes to do fitness and play football in his spare time and Janis (24) from Hanau, who likes to cook, often moves in the fresh air and is a football fan.

In our free time we also like to discover the city together, because we are all not from here. We are looking forward to our new roommate and do not want a special-purpose community, but wish for a nice coexistence of people who fit well together, are sympathetic and open-minded and have a healthy sense of cleanliness.

Room

The apartment is located on the 5th floor of an apartment building in the center of Hamburg. The room is about 18 square meters and is wonderfully flooded with light through the large window. Since it is unfurnished, it can be furnished and designed according to your own wishes and needs. Our U-shaped kitchen is very bright due to the large windows and is equipped with a dishwasher. There is a comfortable seating area for sitting together. The large bathroom is daylit and has a bathtub.

The room is rented for a limited time until 31.08. From 01.09. a room in another shared flat can be offered ;-)

There are no additional costs. They are, like access to TV, Internet (network and Wi-Fi) and telephone (incl. Fixed-line flat) is included in the package rental.

Location

The St. Georg district has become a sought-after and popular residential area. Just a few minutes' walk away are the Mönkeberg and Spitaler Straße for a variety of shopping and shopping experiences, cafés and restaurants. Our famous Alster, with its diverse leisure facilities, as well as the cultural center of Hamburg with its theaters and museums is also in the immediate vicinity.
The Hamburg Central Station can be reached in a few minutes on foot. From there, all S and U-Bahn trains and all long-distance trains run.
