We are Janos, Elora, Peter and Karl. We are all working and in our free time we do sports or stroll through Hamburg, like to cook together or read a book or two in peace.

We are anything but a partnership of convenience, we live a nice life together. We are looking for people who would like to stay longer and fit in well with us, are likeable and open-minded and have a healthy sense of cleanliness. Another member for this relaxed, fun, talkative and somewhat adventurous flat share. People who also like to cook together, drink wine or beer together and spend evenings together.

Room

The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of an apartment building.

The light-flooded room is approx. 21 sqm in size and impresses with its beautiful floorboards and the stucco on the ceiling. Due to the rectangular cut, it can be furnished in many different ways. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher and a large fridge and has a seating area for eating and sitting together. The bathroom is practical and functional for freshening up, with a shower and washbasin.

There are no additional costs. They are included in the all-inclusive rent, as is access to TV, Internet (network and WLAN) and telephone (incl. landline flat rate).

Location

The district of St. Georg has become a sought-after and popular residential area. Only a few minutes walk away are the Mönkeberg- and Spitaler Straße for a variety of shopping and shopping experiences, cafés and restaurants can be found in the Lange Reihe, among others. Our famous Alster, with its many recreational opportunities, as well as the cultural Hamburg city center with its theaters and museums is also in the immediate vicinity.
Hamburg's main train station is just a few minutes walk away. All suburban and subway trains and all long-distance trains leave from there.

You could imagine to fit into our shared apartment and are looking for a room for yourself alone. You are between 18 and 32 years old, have no pets and would like to stay with us for at least 6 months.
