We are Anna (24), Marius (27) and Simon (23) and are looking for a new roommate! We don't want the purpose of community, but want to have a nice life together of people that fit together well, sympathetic and open-minded, and a healthy sense of cleanliness (washing machine, dishwasher available).

The room is approx. 19sqm in size and flooded with natural light through the large window wonderful.

Each of the rooms, as well as all other areas of the apartment were renovated in September 2019 fresh, includes:
- New floor in the entire apartment.
Walls newly papered and painted (white).

In addition to costs incurred, and are included with the rent. Similarly, access to TV, Internet (network and wireless) and telephone (incl. Landline-Flat) in the rent included.

Location

The location is great for young people:

with bike -> Alster = 5 minutes
with bike -> Long line (attached to the road said to go Out) = 7 minutes
with bike -> HAW Hamburg, = 5 minutes

The U/S-Bahn-Station Berliner Tor is situated at 550 meters. Similarly, the Central station is 750m away.

Berliner Tor -> Jungfernstieg = 3 minutes
Berliner Tor -> Dammtor = 5 minutes
Berliner Tor -> Altona = 16 minutes

Super markets, bakery, pharmacy, Doctors, banks etc. are located in the immediate vicinity.
