Hi everyone 👋 A room is available in our relaxed shared apartment ✨ We are Elora (22), Marc (27), Elora (20), Peter (37), and Karl (32). We are a colorful mix of working professionals and students 💼 and enjoy sports in our free time – whether it's bouldering 🧗‍♀️, swimming 🏊‍♂️ or going to the gym 💪.

We are looking for someone who would like to stay for a longer period of time, fits in well with us, is friendly and open-minded 😊, and has a healthy sense of cleanliness 🧼✨. In short: another member for our relaxed, fun, talkative, and also slightly adventurous shared apartment 🌍

Room

The apartment has a total area of 108 square meters and is located on the third floor of a beautiful old apartment building. The bright, light-filled room is approximately 10 square meters in size and fully furnished. It is equipped with a bed, wardrobe, desk, lamps, mirror, and coat hooks – so all you have to do is unpack your suitcase and move right in 🧳 The cozy kitchen has a washing machine and a small seating area where you can relax ☕🍽️. The daylight-filled shower room offers enough space for all your essentials 🚿✨. Beautiful floorboards and stucco ceilings throughout the apartment create a genuine old-building flair 🌿. An absolute highlight is the approximately 10-meter-long balcony, which can be accessed directly from the room through the window 🌞🌿.

There are no additional costs ❌💸 – they are already included in the flat rate rent, as are TV, internet (LAN & WiFi), and telephone with landline flat rate 📺📶☎️

Location

Today, the St. Georg district is one of Hamburg's most sought-after and popular residential areas. Mönckebergstraße and Spitalerstraße are just a few minutes' walk away – perfect for extended shopping trips.
Numerous cafés, bars, and restaurants invite you to linger in Lange Reihe ☕🍷🍽️. The Alster, with its diverse leisure and recreational opportunities, is just as easy to reach 🌿🚣‍♀️, as is Hamburg's city center with its theaters, museums, and cultural highlights 🎭.

Hamburg Central Station is only a few minutes' walk away. From here, there are excellent connections to all S-Bahn and U-Bahn trains as well as long-distance trains – ideal for commuters and frequent travelers. Distances & travel times:
