We are Janos, Nathalia, Henrik and Karl. We are all working and in our free time we are active in sports or stroll through Hamburg, like to cook together or read a book or two in peace.

We are everything else than a purpose community becomes, but lead a nice living together. We are looking for people who would like to stay longer and who fit in well with us, are likeable and open-minded and have a healthy sense of cleanliness. Another member for this relaxed, fun, talkative and also somewhat adventurous WG. People who also has a desire to cook together times to drink a wine or beer together and spend evenings together.

Room

The apartment is 108 sqm in total and is located on the 3rd floor of a beautiful old building - apartment building.

The room flooded with light is about 10 sqm and fully furnished.
Equipped with bed, wardrobe, desk, lights, mirror and coat hooks, you do not have to buy furniture anymore. Just unpack your suitcases and live. In the kitchen you will find the washing machine and a cozy sitting area. The day-lit shower room offers enough space for needed utensils. Throughout the apartment there are still beautiful plank flooring and stucco on the ceilings. The highlight is the approx. 10 meter long balcony, which can be accessed from the room, through the window.

Service charges do not apply. They are, like access to TV, internet (network and WLAN) and telephone (incl. landline flat) included in the all-inclusive rent.

Location

The district of St. Georg has become a sought-after and popular residential area. Only a few minutes walk away are the Mönkeberg- and Spitaler Straße for a variety of shopping and shopping experiences, cafés and restaurants can be found in the Lange Reihe, among others. Our famous Alster, with its many recreational opportunities, as well as the cultural Hamburg city center with its theaters and museums is also in the immediate vicinity.
Hamburg's main train station is just a few minutes walk away. All suburban and subway trains and all long-distance trains leave from there.

You could imagine to fit into our shared apartment and are looking for a room for yourself alone. You are between 18 and 32 years old, have no pets and would like to stay with us for at least 6 months.
