The WG was re-founded in May, this year.
Jan Hendrik, Janos, Nathalia and Karl have already decided and are looking forward to a fifth person ;-)

Our goal is that it does not become a community of purpose, but we wish a nice coexistence of people who fit well together, are sympathetic and open-minded and have a healthy sense of cleanliness. Another member for this relaxed, funny, talkative and also somewhat adventurous WG. A person who also wants to cook together, drink a wine or beer together and spend evenings together.
The atmosphere is relaxed, the motto is "everything can but nothing has to". Despite the open and friendly way of dealing, privacy is very important in order to find time and space for yourself.

Room

The apartment is a total of 108 sqm and is located on the 3rd floor of a beautiful old apartment building.

The light-flooded room is about 10 square meters in size and fully furnished.

Equipped with bed, wardrobe, desk, lights, mirror and wardrobe hooks, you no longer have to buy furniture. Just unpack the suitcases and live. In the kitchen there is a washing machine and a comfortable seating area. The day-exposed shower room offers enough space for required utensils. Throughout the apartment there is still beautiful plank floor and stucco on the ceilings. The highlight is the approximately 10 meter long balcony, which you can access from the room through the window.

There are no additional costs. They are, like access to TV, Internet (network and Wi-Fi) and telephone (incl. Fixed-line flat) is included in the flat-rate rental.

Location

The St. Georg district has become a sought-after and popular residential area. Just a few minutes' walk away are the Mönkeberg and Spitaler Straße for a variety of shopping and shopping experiences, cafés and restaurants can be found in the Lange Reihe. Our famous Alster, with its diverse leisure facilities, as well as the cultural center of Hamburg with its theaters and museums is also in the immediate vicinity.
The Hamburg Central Station can be reached in a few minutes on foot. From there, all S and U-Bahn trains and all long-distance trains run.
