we are Milan (25) shipping merchant from Leer who likes to swim in his spare time, travel far countries and meet friends. Jil (23) Student of communication design from Gütersloh, who likes to travel and play handball. Frithjof (27) Curator from Gifhorn, who likes to read and make origami and Svane (20) Azubine from Wyk auf Föhr who likes to swim, jog, read and listen to music. Our dear roommate is unfortunately moving out, so we have a nice room available. We would appreciate a sympathetic and open-minded person who has a healthy sense of cleanliness (dishwasher and washing machine available ;) ) In our free time we like to meet friends, go to the movies, do sports or attend concerts. We like to cook together and also like to make game nights. But we also like to party, travel and chill:) You should want to stay at least 6 months!

Room

The room has about 18sqm, is unfurnished and is wonderfully flooded with light through the large windows.
The location is absolutely amazing, the apartment as well:
Renovated old building with floorboards, high ceilings, three balconies and new bathrooms (one guest toilet & one full bath)
The communal areas will be newly furnished (fridge, dishwasher & washing machine will be provided)

It is an inclusive rental in which all costs are included and no extra costs are incurred, Wi-Fi is already included.

It is a quiet side street, despite its Central location
Alster lake: within walking distance
Central train station: within walking distance
Long series with great shops and restaurants, during the day, Restaurants, Bars in the evening: at walking distance
HAW Hamburg: within walking distance
Supermarkets: within walking distance
Shopping mile Mönckebergstraße: within walking distance :)
