4er WG, renovated, Alster 5 Min. by bike, U / S-Bahn Berliner Tor 550m distance

Hello, we are Martin (22) primary school teacher student from Kaiserslautern who likes to do fitness and play football in his free time, Mareen (21) Vehicle construction student from Paderborn, who also likes to do fitness and meets with friends, and Annika (23) Business administration student from Neuhaus am Rennweg who likes to make hole hoop and bake. In our free time we also like to discover the city together, because we are not all from here. We are looking forward to our new roommate and do not want a special purpose community, but wish a nice coexistence of people who fit well together, are sympathetic and open-minded and have a healthy sense of cleanliness (washing machine, dishwasher available).

Room

The room is about 15 square meters and is wonderfully flooded with light through the large windows.

Each room, as well as all other areas of the apartment, were freshly renovated in September 2019, including:
- New floor throughout the apartment.
- Walls newly wallpapered and painted (white).

Additional costs are not incurred and are compensated with the flat rent. Access to TV, Internet (network and WLAN) and telephone (incl. Landline flat) included in the flat rate rent.

Location

The location is great for young people:

with bike -> Alster = 5 minutes
with bike -> Long line (attached to the road said to go Out) = 7 minutes
with bike -> HAW Hamburg, = 5 minutes

The U/S-Bahn-Station Berliner Tor is situated at 550 meters. Similarly, the Central station is 750m away.

Berliner Tor -> station = 1 minutes
Berliner Tor -> Jungfernstieg = 3 minutes
Berliner Tor -> Dammtor = 5 minutes
Berliner Tor -> Altona = 16 minutes

Super markets, bakery, pharmacy, Doctors, banks etc. are located in the immediate vicinity.

Miscellaneous
