13-square-meter unfurnished room in a shared apartment available December 1, with a rooftop terrace and a stunning view of St. Pauli and Schanze

Hey there, a room is opening up in our lovely shared apartment 🌞

We’re Emil (22), Paul (24), and Wieland (25). We work or study, enjoy hanging out with friends, and love to cook 🍝. We’re also into sports—whether it’s American football or swimming. When we’re not out and about, we like to go to the movies, make music, or have cozy movie nights at home 🎬.

We’re a laid-back group of roommates and are looking for a friendly, open-minded person who’s easy to talk to, maybe shares a hobby or two, and can join us for barbecues on our rooftop terrace in the summer. 🍔 We also enjoy winding down the evening together with a glass of wine or beer.🍷

A healthy sense of cleanliness and order is also important to us 🧹. We don’t expect anyone to be obsessed with cleaning, but we do value a shared commitment to keeping the kitchen, bathroom, and common areas clean and tidy. 😊

If this sounds like you and you’re looking for a relaxed shared living situation with nice people, we’d love to hear from you! 👋

Room

The apartment is located on the 6th floor of an apartment building—right in the heart of Hamburg. 🏙️

The room is 13 m² and gets plenty of natural light through the large window ☀️. Since it’s unfurnished, you can decorate it exactly how you like and make it cozy. 🛋️
A real highlight: A spiral staircase in the hallway leads up to our rooftop terrace with a breathtaking view of all of Hamburg. 🌇

The kitchen is modernly equipped, has a dishwasher, and even features a small seating area with a counter 🍳—perfect for cooking and chatting together. The bathroom has a bathtub 🛁, so it’s ideal for relaxing after a long day.

You don’t need to budget for extra utilities ✅—they’re already fully included in the flat-rate rent, just like TV and Wi-Fi. 💻

Location

Living on Wohlwillstraße—right in the heart of Hamburg! 🌆

Wohlwillstraße is located on a quiet side street between St. Pauli and the Schanzenviertel—perfect for anyone who wants to live centrally while still enjoying some peace and quiet. 🏡

The St. Pauli subway station is just a 5-minute walk away. From there, you can quickly get anywhere in Hamburg.

Everything you need is right on your doorstep:
Within a radius of about 300 meters, you’ll find plenty of shopping options, cafés ☕, drugstores, pharmacies, bookstores 📚, newsstands, restaurants, gas stations, and snack bars.

For sports fans, the Millerntor Stadium is right nearby.
The legendary Hamburg DOM is held regularly at Heiligengeistfeld.
The Reeperbahn is also just a stone’s throw away—perfect for anyone who wants to enjoy Hamburg’s nightlife.
Those who prefer a quieter atmosphere can go for a walk, jog 🏃‍♀️, or simply relax in the nearby Wallanlagen. 🌿

Public Transportation Connections
Hamburg Central Station: about 9 minutes by U3 from St. Pauli
Sternschanze: about 2–3 minutes by U3 or on foot—depending on how fast you walk 👟

Reeperbahn: just about 1–2 minutes on foot from the St. Pauli subway station or less than 5 minutes by subway

Jungfernstieg / Downtown: about 7–10 minutes by subway, depending on the route and wait time

In short: central, lively, yet pleasantly quiet—everything you need right on your doorstep! 🏡
