I am Antonia (26), I am working and I stand with both legs in life.
I am looking forward to a personable and open-minded person with whom you can exchange ideas, share one or the other hobby and in the summer you can also have a relaxed barbecue and chill on our roof terrace. We require a healthy sense of cleanliness. Dishwasher and washer-dryer are available.

Room

The apartment is located on the 6th floor of an apartment building in the heart of Hamburg.
The room has about 13 square meters and is wonderfully flooded with light through the large window. Since it is unfurnished, it can be furnished and designed according to your own wishes and needs. The shared flat includes a roof terrace with a breathtaking view over Hamburg, which can be reached via a spiral staircase in the hallway. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher and has a comfortable seating area in the form of a bar. The spacious bathroom has enough space for all the necessary utensils and invites you to relax in the bathtub.

Currently, energetic and constructive construction work on the roof is taking place on the house. These are expected to last until the end of this year. In the course of this, the terrace can not be used until completion, in some cases construction noise can be heard and the windows must be temporarily removed.

There are no additional costs. You are like is the access to TV, Internet (WLAN) and telephone (incl. Fixed-line flat) is included in the package rental.

Location

The Wohlwillstraße is a quiet side street that lies between St. Pauli and the Schanzenviertel. A 5-minute walk will take you to St. Pauli underground station. Also within a radius of 300 meters are various shopping facilities, cafés, drugstores, pharmacies, bookstores, kiosks, restaurants, gas stations, snacks, the Millerntorstadion for sports enthusiasts, the Heiligengeistfeld with the legendary Hamburg Cathedral, the Reeperbahn for party lovers and the large ramparts for relaxing and jogging.
