We are a relaxed bunch and are looking for a friendly and open-minded person with whom we can exchange ideas, share one or two hobbies and, in summer, have a relaxed barbecue on our roof terrace and round off the evening with a glass of wine or beer.
We are Lea, Mara and Liv, we work or study, like to go out with friends, cook and bake, are active in soccer, handball, tennis and surfing. We switch off by playing the piano, but not in the shared flat, and reading the odd book. We also enjoy going to the movies or watching films at home and are interested in photography.

Room

The apartment is located on the 6th floor of an apartment building in the heart of Hamburg.
The room has approx. 13 sqm and is wonderfully flooded with light through the large window. As it is unfurnished, it can be furnished and designed entirely according to your own wishes and needs. The shared flat has a roof terrace with a breathtaking view over Hamburg, which can be accessed via a spiral staircase in the hallway. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher and has a cozy seating area in the form of a counter. The spacious bathroom has enough space for all the utensils you need and invites you to relax in the bathtub.

The roof and the facade have been extensively renovated and therefore our roof terrace, to which we have a private entrance in the apartment, shines in new splendor.

There are no additional costs. They are included in the all-inclusive rent, as is access to TV, Internet (WLAN) and telephone (incl. landline flat rate).

Location

Wohlwillstraße is a quiet side street located between St. Pauli and the Schanzenviertel. It is a 5-minute walk to the St. Pauli subway station. Also within a radius of 300 meters: various shops, cafes, drugstores, pharmacies, bookstores, kiosks, restaurants, gas stations, snack bars, the Millerntor Stadium for sports enthusiasts, the Heiligengeistfeld with the legendary Hamburg Cathedral, the Reeperbahn for party animals and to relax and jog the large Wallanlagen.
