We’re Jannis (23), Raphael (22), and Ebrima (28). When we’re not working or studying, we love to stay active—whether it’s swimming 🏊, hitting the gym 💪, playing soccer ⚽, or going for a leisurely bike ride 🚴‍♂️ through the city.

Besides sports, we’re also passionate about creative pursuits: we collect vinyl records 🎶, enjoy cooking together, or just hang out in a cozy group 🛋️. Of course, every now and then we also feel the urge to get out—for a drink 🍹, to the bars 🍻, or just wandering the streets with friends 🚶‍♂️🌆.

We’re not looking for a purely functional shared apartment, but rather an open, friendly community where people enjoy spending time together and feel at home 🫶.

The bright room is approximately 13.5 m² and unfurnished – perfect for decorating exactly the way you want 🛋️🌿.

In the modern built-in kitchen, you can whip up delicious meals together. It’s equipped with a ceramic cooktop including an oven, a dishwasher, and a large fridge with a freezer compartment. There’s also a cozy sitting area 🪑 where future roommates can eat together 🍝, chat ☕, and spend relaxed evenings.

🛁 The bathroom is perfect for relaxing and also has space for a washing machine.

No additional fees! These are already included in the flat-rate rent. 📺 TV and 🌐 internet (wired & Wi-Fi) are also included—just move in and feel right at home! ✨😊
