Hi, a room is becoming available in our beautiful shared flat

We are a relaxed bunch of flatmates and are looking for a friendly and open-minded person with whom we can chat, share one or two hobbies and, in summer, have a relaxed barbecue on our roof terrace and round off the evening with a glass of wine or beer.
We are Bianca (24), Iva (26) and Keanu (28), we work or study, like to go out with friends, cook and bake, and are active in tennis, handball and swimming. We also enjoy going to the movies or watching films at home. Bastian is moving out in the new year and Keanu is joining us :)

Room

The apartment is located on the 6th floor of an apartment building in the heart of Hamburg.
The room has approx. 10 sqm and is wonderfully flooded with light through the large window. As it is unfurnished, it can be furnished and designed entirely according to your own wishes and needs. The shared flat has a roof terrace with a breathtaking view over Hamburg, which can be accessed via a spiral staircase in the hallway. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher and has a cozy seating area in the form of a counter. The spacious bathroom has enough space for all the utensils you need and invites you to relax in the bathtub.

There are no additional costs. They are included in the all-inclusive rent, as is access to TV, Internet (WLAN) and telephone.

Location

Wohlwillstraße is a quiet side street located between St. Pauli and the Schanzenviertel. The St. Pauli subway station is a 5-minute walk away. Also within a radius of 300 meters are various shopping facilities, cafés, chemists, pharmacies, bookshops, newsagents, restaurants, petrol stations, snack bars, the Millerntor stadium for sports enthusiasts, the Heiligengeistfeld with the legendary Hamburg Cathedral, the Reeperbahn for party people and the large ramparts for relaxing and jogging.
