Hi, we have a room available in our lovely shared apartment 🌞 We are Emil (21), Paul (24), and Kennis (21). We work or study, enjoy hanging out with friends, and love to cook 🍝🥧. We are also active in sports—whether it's American football or swimming 🤾‍♀️🏊. When we're not out and about, we like to go to the movies, produce music, or have cozy movie nights at home 🎬.
We are a relaxed group of roommates and are looking for a friendly, open-minded person with whom we can have good conversations, perhaps share a hobby or two, and barbecue on our roof terrace in the summer 🍔🔥. We also enjoy ending the evening together with a glass of wine or beer 🍷🍺.

Room

The apartment is located on the 6th floor of an apartment building - right in the heart of Hamburg ❤️🏙️.

The room is approx. 9 m² in size and furnished ☀️. As it is furnished, all you have to do is unpack your suitcases 🛋️✨.
A real highlight: A spiral staircase in the hallway takes you to our roof terrace with a breathtaking view over the whole of Hamburg 🌇🙌.

The kitchen is modernly equipped, has a dishwasher and even a small seating area in the form of a bar 🍳☕ - perfect for cooking and chatting together. A bathtub awaits you in the bathroom 🛁, ideal for relaxing after a long day.

You don't need to plan for any additional costs ✅ - they are already included in the all-inclusive rent, just like the TV and WiFi 📺💻.

Location

Wohlwillstraße is a quiet side street located between St. Pauli and the Schanzenviertel. The St. Pauli subway station is a 5-minute walk away. Also within a radius of 300 meters are various shopping facilities, cafés, chemists, pharmacies, bookshops, newsagents, restaurants, petrol stations, snack bars, the Millerntor stadium for sports enthusiasts, the Heiligengeistfeld with the legendary Hamburg Cathedral, the Reeperbahn for party people and the large ramparts for relaxing and jogging.

Public transport connections:
To Hamburg Central Station: approx. 9 minutes on the U3 from St. Pauli.
To Sternschanze: about 2-3 minutes on the U3 or on foot, depending on how fast you walk and whether you can get directly to the station.
To Reeperbahn: approx. 1-2 minutes on foot from St. Pauli or less than 5 minutes by subway, as St. Pauli is located directly on the Reeperbahn.
To Jungfernstieg / city center (e.g. Rathausmarkt): approx. 7-10 minutes by subway (via St. Pauli → direction city center) - depending on the connection and waiting time.
