We’re Bella (28), Matthias (24), Titus (20), and Djamal (30), and we’re just setting up our new shared apartment. 🥰

We’re still looking for friendly roommates who’d like to build a wonderful home together. 💛

It’s important to us that this isn’t just a functional living arrangement. We’re looking for a relaxed and warm living environment where we can enjoy cooking together 🍝, spending a cozy evening on the couch 🛋️, or experiencing an unforgettable night out in St. Pauli. 🎶

In our free time, we enjoy being active, listening to and making music 🎶, drawing 🎨, watching soccer, and reading. So we’re just as up for doing things together as we are for relaxing evenings at home. 😊

What’s important to us:
A certain sense of cleanliness and order is simply part of living together for us. Of course, it doesn’t have to be clinically clean—but we’d like everyone to do their part. 🫶

Room

🏡 The apartment is located on Glashüttenstraße in the heart of Hamburg-St. Pauli, in the Karolinenviertel neighborhood, and is currently undergoing a complete renovation. ✨

Among other things, a new kitchen is being installed with a dishwasher, refrigerator, and glass-ceramic cooktop, and a second bathroom is being added🚿. The landlord will also provide a washer and dryer.

The room is 10 square meters and is being rented out furnished. This means you can move in stress-free without having to assemble any furniture. ✨

During a viewing, you can see for yourself the current progress of the renovation and get a sense of what the shared apartment will look like once it’s finished. 😊

Thanks to its central location in St. Pauli, numerous cafes, restaurants, bars, and shopping options are within easy reach. The Heiligengeistfeld, the Reeperbahn, and the Schanzenviertel are also in the immediate vicinity. 🌆

💡 Utilities such as heating, electricity, and water are already included in the flat-rate rent and incur no additional charges.

🌐 High-speed internet, as well as network and Wi-Fi access, are also included.
