We are Ehsan (29) and Richard (20). We are working and studying. In our free time we like to do sports, such as badminton, cycling, tennis or jogging or we watch Netflix and meet up with our friends, are interested in art and music. We would like an open-minded person who has a healthy sense of cleanliness.

Room

The apartment is located on the second floor of an apartment building in Hamburg Stellingen.

The light-flooded room is approx. 11 sqm in size and furnished. So you don't have to worry about any furniture, just unpack your suitcases. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher. The bathroom invites you to relax in the bathtub and offers enough space for the utensils you need.

There are no additional costs. They are included in the all-inclusive rent, as is access to TV, Internet (network and WLAN) and telephone.

Location

The apartment is centrally and conveniently located, directly on Kieler Straße and close to the Stellingen freeway exit (A7).
Banks, doctors, sports facilities and many other amenities are within walking distance. The modern Poseidon swimming pool can be reached by bike in only 3 minutes, the Niendorfer Gehege in 5 minutes. Furthermore, within walking distance are: Hagenbeks Tierpark as well as various shopping facilities, including the new Stellinger Hof shopping center. There you will find Bäckerei Junge, Budni, Dänisches Bettenlager, bicycle store, Kik, Aldi, DHL, Lidl, Rabazz indoor playground. Sports facilities, banks, doctors and pharmacies are also located in the immediate vicinity.
Since the bus stop Basselweg, is virtually in front of the door, you can get away with public transport super and is in about 20-30 minutes in Altona or Hamburg City.
