Unfurnished WG room with 11 sqm living space as of 01.09. in Hamburg Stellingen

In our WG to 01.09. a room becomes free and we are looking for a new, nice person who fits to us.

We are Ehsan (28) and Matthieu (18). We are working and studying. In our free time we like to do sports, like badminton, cycling, tennis or jogging or we watch Netflix and meet with our friends, we are interested in art and music. We would like an open-minded person who has a healthy sense of cleanliness and community spirit. We are not a shared apartment that sits on top of each other all the time, it's more like everyone comfortably does their thing. Due to our long and different working hours, it is unfortunately rare that we chat in the kitchen, cook and eat together or let the day end.

Room

The apartment is located on the second floor of an apartment building in Hamburg Stellingen.

The light-flooded room is about 11 square meters and can, since it is unfurnished, completely according to your own wishes and needs, be furnished and designed. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher. The bathroom invites you to relax in the bathtub and offers enough space for necessary utensils.

Service charges do not apply. They are like the access to TV, internet (network and WLAN) and telephone (incl. landline flat) included in the all-inclusive rent.

Location

The apartment is centrally and conveniently located, directly on Kieler Straße and close to the Stellingen freeway exit (A7).
Banks, doctors, sports facilities and many other amenities are within walking distance. The modern Poseidon swimming pool can be reached by bike in only 3 minutes, the Niendorfer Gehege in 5 minutes. Furthermore, within walking distance are: Hagenbeks Tierpark as well as various shopping facilities, including the new Stellinger Hof shopping center. There you will find Bäckerei Junge, Budni, Dänisches Bettenlager, bicycle store, Kik, Aldi, DHL, Lidl, Rabazz indoor playground. Sports facilities, banks, doctors and pharmacies are also located in the immediate vicinity.
Since the bus stop Basselweg, is virtually in front of the door, you can get away with public transport super and is in about 20-30 minutes in Altona or Hamburg City.
