Unfurnished 17 sqm shared room for 01.12. in Hamburg Stellingen

A room will be available in our shared flat on 01.12. and we are looking for a new, nice person who suits us.
We are Jamal (27) dentist from Syria and Ahmad (26) logistician from Cambridge. In our free time we like to do sports, such as badminton, cycling, tennis or jogging or we watch Netflix and meet with our friends. We would like an open-minded person who has a healthy sense of cleanliness and a sense of community. We are not a shared flat that sits on top of each other all the time, rather everyone is doing their thing comfortably. Due to our long and different working hours, it unfortunately rarely happens that we chat in the kitchen, cook and eat together or let the day end.

Room

The apartment is located on the first floor of an apartment building in Hamburg Stellingen.
The light-flooded room is about 17 square meters in size and, since it is unfurnished, can be furnished and designed according to your own wishes and needs. The highlight is the balcony. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher. The bathroom invites you to relax in the bathtub and offers enough space for necessary utensils.

There are no additional costs. They are like access to TV, Internet (network and Wi-Fi) and telephone (incl. Fixed-line flat) is included in the package rental.

Location

The apartment is centrally located and conveniently located, directly on Kieler Straße and close to the motorway Stellingen (A7).
Banks, doctors, sports facilities and many other facilities are within walking distance. The modern Poseidon swimming pool can be reached by bike in just 3 minutes, the Niendorf enclosure in 5 minutes. Furthermore, within walking distance are Hagenbeks Tierpark and various shopping facilities, including the new shopping center Stellinger Hof. There you will find Bakery Junge, Budni, Danish Bed storage, bike shop, Kik, Aldi, DHL, Lidl, Rabazz indoor playground. Sports facilities, banks, doctors and pharmacies are also located in the immediate vicinity.
Since the bus stop Basselweg is almost on the doorstep, you can get away by public transport and is in about 20-30 minutes in Altona or the city of Hamburg.
