The apartment is located on the first floor of a well-maintained apartment building in Hamburg-Stellingen 🏡.

You’ll find a bright, cozy 11-square-meter room 🌞—fully furnished, so just unpack your bags and make yourself at home 🛏️.
In the kitchen, you’ll find everything you need—including a dishwasher. 🍽️✨
The bathroom is perfect for relaxing—whether you’re taking a warm bath 🛁 or just need enough space for your things. 🧴

TV and internet (via cable & Wi-Fi) 📶 are already included in the flat-rate rent—no extra costs, no surprises 👍

The apartment is centrally located and has excellent transportation connections—right on Kieler Straße and close to the Stellingen A7 on-ramp.

Everything you need is nearby—banks, doctors, sports facilities—all within walking distance.
You can reach the modern Poseidon swimming pool by bike in just 3 minutes, and it takes only 5 minutes to get to the green Niendorfer Gehege. 🌳

Hagenbeck Zoo and many shopping options are also just a short walk away.

Pharmacies, additional sports facilities, doctors, and banks are also located right in the neighborhood.

The Basselweg bus stop is practically right outside the front door 🚌—perfect for getting anywhere quickly!
By public transit, you can reach Altona or downtown Hamburg in about 20–30 minutes. 🏙️
