Room

The shared apartment is located on the first floor of a well-maintained apartment building in a quiet side street in the popular Hamburg district of Uhlenhorst. The approximately 14 square meter room is wonderfully bright, has beautiful wooden floors, and impresses with stucco on the high ceiling. Since the room is unfurnished, you can furnish and decorate it according to your own taste 🛋️. The kitchen is classic in style and well equipped 🍳: ceramic hob with extractor hood, refrigerator with large freezer compartment ❄️, dishwasher, and a cozy sitting area for eating or chatting together 🍽️.

The bathroom has a bathtub – ideal for relaxing or freshening up. There are no additional costs – they are already included in the flat rate rent. Just move in and feel at home.

Location

The apartment is located in Hamburg-Uhlenhorst 🏡 – one of the most beautiful and sought-after areas of the city. The popular Mühlenkamp is practically around the corner and offers a wide selection of cafés, restaurants, and charming little shops.

The Alster is less than a 10-minute walk away 🌊 – perfect for walks or a little break in the countryside. Culture fans will also get their money's worth here 🎭📚: the English Theatre, the Ernst Deutsch Theater, the University of Fine Arts and the Literaturhaus are all in the immediate vicinity.

There are also plenty of shopping opportunities 🛒✨. The Hamburger Meile is within easy walking distance and, together with the nearby city center, offers everything a shopper's heart desires 👗🕶️.

Transport connections are excellent 🚍🚇: several bus lines take you to the Mundsburg subway station in less than 10 minutes. From there, you can reach Hamburg Central Station in just 6 minutes. By bike, you can even get there in about 5 minutes 🚴‍♀️, while the bus takes around 20 minutes.
