A room is becoming available in our shared flat and we are looking for you;-)
We are Karsten, Enni and Tim (who will move in on 01.03.). We are American football, soccer, gaming and Formula 1 fans. We like to go jogging for fitness or bouldering. We also swim, sail and wakeboard or play paddle tennis. We like going to the movies or traveling the world. We are all working full-time and would be happy to have an open-minded, likeable person with a healthy sense of cleanliness who fits in well with us, as we are anything but a purposeful flat share.

Room

The apartment is located on the 1st floor of an apartment building in a quiet side street directly in Uhlenhorst, an absolute dream location.
The beautiful Mühlenkamp is practically at your feet.
The room offered in this advertisement has approx. 12 sqm, is flooded with sunlight and is not furnished. So you can furnish and design it as you wish and with your own imagination.
The modern fitted kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher and a cozy seating area. From here you can also access the balcony, which can be used by all residents.
The bathroom invites you to relax in the bathtub and offers enough space for the utensils you need to start the day in good shape.

There are no additional costs and these are included in the all-inclusive rent. Access to TV and Internet (WLAN) is also included in the all-inclusive rent.

The apartment is located in Hamburg Uhlenhorst. This is one of the most beautiful corners of Hamburg.
The popular Mühlenkamp is literally around the corner with all its cafes, restaurants and small stores. The Alster is less than 10 minutes away on foot.
In the immediate vicinity there is a wide range of art and culture: the English Theatre, the Ernst Deutsch Theater, the Hochschule für bildende Künste or the Literaturhaus.
Shopping is also not far away. The long Hamburger Meile is within walking distance and offers everything a shopper's heart desires, in addition to Hamburg's city center, which is also not far away.

Various bus lines take less than 10 minutes to the subway stop Mundsburg, which takes 6 minutes to the main station. By bike, it can be reached in 5 minutes. The bus takes 20 minutes to Hamburg's main station.
