A room is becoming available in our beautiful shared flat near the Alster - and maybe you're just the person we're looking for! 😊

We are Jella (19), Tom (22) and Julia (19) - we are students or currently in training 📚. Our flat share is super relaxed and harmonious ✨ - we enjoy cooking together 🍝, chatting in the kitchen in the evening or doing things together 🚲🎬. But don't worry: if you need some peace and quiet, this will of course be respected 🚪🙂.

We are looking for an open, friendly and communicative person 🤗 - with a good sense of cleanliness 🧼🧽.

In our free time, we like to be active 💪 - we ride our bikes 🚴, play tennis 🎾, golf ⛳, basketball 🏀 or meet up with friends 👯. We also find cars exciting 🚗 and sometimes we just pick up a good book 📖. Maybe you'll bring a new hobby to the table? 😍

Approx. 8 m² in size, bright and furnished - (bed, wardrobe, desk, mirror & decorations) are already there - perfect for moving in without stress.

🍳 The large eat-in kitchen is the heart of the apartment ❤️ - with a cozy seating area, dishwasher and direct access to the balcony, which everyone can use 🌞☕

There's also a spacious full bathroom 🛁 and an additional guest WC 🚿 - so there's enough space for everyone! 🙌

The lively Mühlenkamp is literally around the corner 🛍️☕ here you will find numerous cafés, restaurants and small, individual stores 🍝🍰🛒. The Alster is less than a 10-minute walk away 🌊🚶 - perfect for a walk or a jog!

Art and culture lovers will get their money's worth here 🎭🎨📚: In the immediate vicinity you will find highlights such as the English Theatre, the Ernst Deutsch Theater, the Hochschule für bildende Künste and the Literaturhaus.
