Furnished 8 sqm shared room for 01.05. on the Uhlenhorst near the Alster

Hello dear seekers... We have a room available in our beautiful shared flat near the Alster because Farida is moving out :)

We are Emilia, Tom and Justus and are looking for you... We are studying or doing our apprenticeship and have a very good flat-sharing community. We do things together or sit and cook together in our kitchen.
However, if we want to keep the door closed, we will of course respect that. We would be happy to have an open, friendly and communicative person who has a healthy sense of cleanliness.
In our free time we are interested in sports and cars. We meet up with friends or read the odd book.
Maybe you have a completely different hobby...

Room

The apartment is on the 3rd floor of an old apartment building in a fantastic location on the Uhlenhorst, almost directly on the Alster.

The floorboards and stucco are still present and have a very special flair due to their good condition.
The bright room is 8 square meters in size and as it is unfurnished, it can be occupied immediately after unpacking the suitcases. The furnishings consist of a bed and a wardrobe. A desk and lighting are of course also available, as well as decorative items and a mirror.
The kitchen, which is equipped with a dishwasher, has a cozy seating area and access to the balcony, which can be used by all residents. The spacious bathroom offers enough space for all the necessary utensils. There is also a guest WC.

There are no additional costs. They are included in the all-inclusive rent, as is access to TV and Internet (WLAN).

Location

The apartment is located in Hamburg Uhlenhorst. This is one of the most beautiful corners of Hamburg.
The popular Mühlenkamp is literally around the corner with all its cafes, restaurants and small stores. The Alster is less than 10 minutes away on foot.
In the immediate vicinity there is a wide range of art and culture: the English Theatre, the Ernst Deutsch Theater, the Hochschule für bildende Künste or the Literaturhaus.
Shopping is also not far away. The long Hamburger Meile is within walking distance and offers everything a shopper could wish for, as well as Hamburg's city center, which is also not far away.

Various bus lines take less than 10 minutes to the subway stop Mundsburg, which takes 6 minutes to the main train station. By bike, it can be reached in 5 minutes. The bus takes 20 minutes to Hamburg's main station.

If you feel that this suits you, you are between 18 and 32 years old and would like to live in the shared flat for at least 6 months. You are also moving in alone and have no pets.
