Hi I am Hjalte (22) from Flensburg, study real estate and like to play tennis in my spare time. I'm looking for 3 new roommates in a nice 4er WG. I do not want a community of purpose, but want a nice living together of people who fit well together, are sympathetic and open-minded and have a healthy sense of cleanliness (washing machine available).

Tenant in a beautiful and centrally located 4-WG from 1.09. The rooms are up to 17qm large and flooded with light.

In addition to costs incurred, and are included with the rent. Similarly, access to TV, Internet (Wi-Fi) and phone (incl. Landline-Flat) in the rent included.

This room is Unfurnished.

Location

It is one of the most beautiful corners of Hamburg. The popular Mühlenkamp is literally around the corner with all its cafes, Restaurants and small shops. The Alster on foot no 10 minutes.

The bus 25/606 is removed under 100m. The U-Bahn station Mundsburg is with the bike in 5 minutes, by Bus in 7.
The Hamburger Meile, a shopping center, you reach even earlier and find all the shopping possibilities.
