Hello, dear apartment seekers! 🌿🏡 A room is becoming available in our lovely shared apartment near the Alster—and maybe you're just the person we're looking for! 😊 We are Jella (19), Philipp (23), and Julia (19)—we are either studying or currently in training 📚. Our shared apartment is super relaxed and harmonious ✨ – we enjoy cooking together 🍝, chatting in the kitchen in the evenings, or doing things together 🚲🎬. But don't worry: if you need some peace and quiet, we will of course respect that 🚪🙂.

We are looking for an open, friendly, and communicative person 🤗 – with a good sense of cleanliness 🧼🧽. In our free time, we like to be active 💪 – we ride bikes 🚴, play tennis 🎾, golf ⛳, basketball 🏀, or meet up with friends 👯. We also find cars exciting 🚗 and sometimes we just pick up a good book 📖. The apartment is located on the third floor of a charming old building in the popular Uhlenhorst neighborhood—quiet, central, and easy to feel at home! The room is a real dream: approx. 14 m² in size, wonderfully bright, and equipped with beautiful wooden floors, high ceilings, and classic stucco. As it is unfurnished, you can let your creativity run wild and furnish it according to your own style. The kitchen opens directly onto a cozy balcony – perfect for relaxing in the fresh air or enjoying a coffee in the sun. The kitchen itself is well equipped with a dishwasher and an inviting seating area for shared meals or pleasant conversations. And best of all, there are no additional costs – everything is already included in the flat rate rent, including TV and WiFi.

The apartment is located in beautiful Hamburg-Uhlenhorst 🏡 - one of the most charming and popular corners of the city ❤️.

The lively Mühlenkamp is literally around the corner 🛍️☕ here you will find numerous cafés, restaurants and small, individual stores 🍝🍰🛒. The Alster is less than a 10-minute walk away 🌊🚶 - perfect for a walk or a jog!

Art and culture lovers will get their money's worth here 🎭🎨📚: In the immediate vicinity you will find highlights such as the English Theatre, the Ernst Deutsch Theater, the Hochschule für bildende Künste and the Literaturhaus.
