We are Emilia (19), Fabian (21) and Justus (19). We study or do our education and have a very good shared flat community. We do something together or sit and cook together in our kitchen.
Of course, if the door is supposed to stay for a while, this will also be respected. We would be delighted to have an open, personable and communicative person who has a healthy sense of cleanliness.
In our free time we are interested in sports and cars. We meet with friends or read one or the other book.

Room

The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of an old apartment building in Uhlenhorst, on the Hamburg Alster.

The room is an absolute dream: it is about 14 square meters, flooded with light, with plank floor, high ceiling and stucco. Since it is unfurnished, it can be furnished and designed according to your own wishes and needs.
The kitchen, which is equipped with a dishwasher, has, in addition to the cozy sitting area, access to the balcony, which can be used by all residents. The spacious full bathroom offers enough space for required utensils. There is also a guest toilet.

There are no additional costs. They are like access to TV, Internet (Wi-Fi) and telephone (incl. Fixed-line flat) is included in the flat-rate rent.

Location

Her apartment is located in Hamburg Uhlenhorst. It is one of the most beautiful corners of Hamburg.
The popular Mühlenkamp is literally around the corner with all its cafés, restaurants and small shops. The Alster Lake is less than a 10-minute walk away.
In the immediate vicinity there is a wide range of art and culture: the English Theatre, the Ernst Deutsch Theater, the University of Fine Arts or the Literature House.
Shopping is also not far away. The long Hamburg mile is within walking distance and, in addition to the city center of Hamburg, which is also not far away, houses everything the shopping heart desires.

Various bus lines run in under 10 minutes to the Mundsburg underground station, which runs 6 minutes to the main train station. It can be reached by bike in 5 minutes. The bus takes 20 minutes to Hamburg Central Station.
