We are Julia (24) a saleswoman from Hamburg, Fabienne (25) a saleswoman from Forchheim and Marcel (27) a working student from Eisenach.
In our free time, we more or less like to be active in sports. Swimming, fitness, yoga or hiking... Meet with our friends or let the day end comfortably in our kitchen, cook together or just chat. We have a relaxed atmosphere and no one is forced to participate in anything. We like it clean and tidy, but who doesn't. Maybe you share one or the other hobby or just bring a few more with you. We are open for something new ;)
The apartment in which the offered room is located is located on the 2nd floor of an old apartment building, in a quiet street in Hamburg Wandsbek. Since it is unfurnished, you can set it up and design it according to your own wishes and needs. The bright 14 sqm leave a lot of room for manoeuvre. The highlight is the balcony. The fitted kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher and has a comfortable seating area. The shower room offers enough space for necessary utensils. There is also a guest toilet in the shared flat.
You don't have to worry about the additional costs. They are, like access to TV, Internet (network and Wi-Fi) and telephone (incl. Fixed-line flat,) included in the package rental.

Wandsbek is a diverse and lively district in the northeast of Hamburg. Various authorities, banks, hospitals and doctors of the district can be reached quickly on foot or by bike. The weekly market on the Wandsbeker Marktplatz, with a large assortment, is a paradise for everyone who likes to be creative in the kitchen or garden. The popular shopping centre 'Wandsbeker Quarree' offers a varied shopping mix with over 90 shops as well as restaurants and cafés. 2 large cinemas can also be found in Wandsbek. If you want to escape the hustle and bustle of Wandsbeker Marktstrasse and get out into the countryside, you can take a wonderful walk along the Wandse, towards the Eichtalpark and botanical Garden, or jog your laps around the Mühlenteich.
2 Minutes walk and you are at the bus stop, which goes to the Wandsbek Markt Station, 1.3 km away.
Wandsbeker Marktplatz is an important public transport hub. From here it takes 15 minutes to the airport and 13 minutes to Jungfernstieg or Central Station.
