Two rooms are becoming available in our beautiful 4-bed flat share - and maybe you're the person who's still missing! 😊

We are Agenda (20) and Daiwan and are looking forward to a new roommate who will enrich our active shared flat life.

We like to do things with friends, go to concerts, are interested in art, read and travel a lot - and try to keep our plants alive on the side. 🌿

We are looking for an open-minded person who would like to end the day with us in the kitchen - be it cooking, chatting or simply sitting together in a cozy atmosphere. We have a relaxed atmosphere in which everyone can help out as much as they like - but a certain level of cleanliness and tidiness should be a matter of course.

Perhaps you share some of our hobbies - or bring new ideas and interests with you. We are definitely open to new things! 😉

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a charming old building in a quiet street in Hamburg-Wandsbek - perfect for feeling at home.
Your room is approx. 14 m² in size, wonderfully bright, with a beautiful real wood floor and offers you plenty of space to furnish it according to your taste. The highlight: your own small balcony - ideal for taking a deep breath and soaking up the sun!

The cozy shared kitchen is equipped with everything you need - including a dishwasher and a seating area for evenings together. There is also a practical shower room and an additional guest WC.

You don't have to budget for any additional costs - internet and TV are already included in the all-inclusive rent.

Kedenburgstraße is located in the family-friendly district of Hamburg-Wandsbek
Wandsbek is a diverse and lively district in the northeast of Hamburg. Various authorities, banks, hospitals and doctors in the district can be reached quickly on foot or by bicycle. The weekly market on the Wandsbek market square, with a large assortment, is a paradise for all who like to be creative in the kitchen or garden. The popular shopping center 'Wandsbeker Quarree' offers a varied shopping mix with over 90 stores, as well as restaurants and cafes. 2 large cinemas can also be found in Wandsbek. If you want to escape the hustle and bustle of the Wandsbeker Marktstrasse and go into the green, you can wonderfully walk along the Wandse, direction Eichtalpark and botanical garden or jog his laps around the Mühlenteich.
2 minutes walk and you are at the bus stop that goes to the station Wandsbek Markt, 1.3 km away.
Wandsbek Markt is an important public transport hub. From here it takes 15 minutes to the airport and 13 minutes to Jungfernstieg or Hauptbahnhof.
