In our 4-person shared apartment two rooms are vacant....

We are Patrycja (25), Annabelle (23) and Johanna (20). We are students or working. In our free time we like to travel with our friends, go to the cinema or watch series at home on Netflix for example. We like to listen to music, play the guitar by ourselves and sing. When we are not traveling, we like to meet in the kitchen sometimes. We are looking forward to another member for this relaxed, fun, talkative and also a bit adventurous WG. A person who has a healthy sense of cleanliness and also a desire to cook together and sometimes have a wine or beer together and spend evenings together. The atmosphere is relaxed, the motto is "everything can but nothing must". Privacy is important despite the open and friendly approach to find time and space for yourself.

Room

The apartment is located on the second floor of an old multi-family house centrally in Hamburg Wandsbek.

The bright room is about 16 sqm, has a beautiful plank floor and can, because it is unfurnished, be furnished and designed according to your own wishes and needs. The highlight is the small but nice balcony. The modern kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher and large refrigerator and has a cozy seating area. The daylit bathroom invites you to take a relaxing bath in the tub and offers enough space for necessary utensils. In addition, the WG has a guest toilet.

Service charges do not apply. They are, like access to TV, internet (WLAN) and telephone (incl. landline flat) included in the flat rate rent.

Wandsbek is a diverse and lively district in the northeast of Hamburg. Various authorities, banks, hospitals and doctors in the district can be reached quickly on foot or by bicycle. The weekly market on the Wandsbek market square, with a large assortment, is a paradise for all who like to be creative in the kitchen or garden. The popular shopping center 'Wandsbeker Quarree' offers a varied shopping mix with over 90 stores, as well as restaurants and cafes. 2 large cinemas can also be found in Wandsbek. If you want to escape the hustle and bustle of the Wandsbeker Marktstrasse and go into the green, you can wonderfully walk along the Wandse, direction Eichtalpark and botanical garden or jog his laps around the Mühlenteich.
2 minutes walk and you are at the bus stop that goes to the station Wandsbek Markt, 1.3 km away.
Wandsbek Markt is an important public transport hub. From here it takes 15 minutes to the airport and 13 minutes to Jungfernstieg or Hauptbahnhof.
