we, Linus, Marius and Sascha are looking for a new fourth person. :-)
We are all working and in our free time we like to read, knit. We cook and bake together in the big kitchen, are active in sports, play music and meet up with friends from time to time.

This flat share is not a community of convenience, but rather a nice community of people who fit together well, are friendly and open-minded and have a healthy sense of cleanliness. The atmosphere is relaxed and the motto is "everything can but nothing must". Despite the open and friendly atmosphere, privacy is a top priority so that you can find time and space for yourself.

Room

The apartment is located on the 4th floor of an apartment building in Hamburg Wandsbek.

It has 4 rooms, which were renovated in February last year. The common areas, hallway, kitchen, bathroom and one room, were furnished and equipped by us. The kitchen has a dishwasher and a small cozy sitting area. The bright bathroom invites you to take a relaxing bath in the tub and offers enough space for the necessary utensils. There is also a guest WC.

This bright 8 sqm room is furnished and can be occupied without the stress of furniture shopping. Simply unpack your suitcases and move in. Bed, wardrobe, desk, wardrobe and lamps are all included.

You don't have to worry about service charges. They are included in the all-inclusive rent, as is Internet access.

Kedenburgstraße is located in the family-friendly district of Hamburg-Wandsbek
Wandsbek is a diverse and lively district in the northeast of Hamburg. Various authorities, banks, hospitals and doctors in the district can be reached quickly on foot or by bicycle. The weekly market on the Wandsbek market square, with a large assortment, is a paradise for all who like to be creative in the kitchen or garden. The popular shopping center 'Wandsbeker Quarree' offers a varied shopping mix with over 90 stores, as well as restaurants and cafes. 2 large cinemas can also be found in Wandsbek. If you want to escape the hustle and bustle of the Wandsbeker Marktstrasse and go into the green, you can wonderfully walk along the Wandse, direction Eichtalpark and botanical garden or jog his laps around the Mühlenteich.
2 minutes walk and you are at the bus stop that goes to the station Wandsbek Markt, 1.3 km away.
Wandsbek Markt is an important public transport hub. From here it takes 15 minutes to the airport and 13 minutes to Jungfernstieg or Hauptbahnhof.
