We are Linus (22), Yasar (26) and Sebastian (26).
We all work and in our free time we like to read, cook or do sports at the gym or judo.

We are not a flat-sharing community and are looking for nice, open-minded flatmates.

Room

The apartment is located on the 4th floor of an apartment building in Hamburg Wandsbek.

Your light-flooded room is approx. 8 square meters in size and furnished. So you don't have to stress about finding suitable furniture.
In the fitted kitchen, you can cook on the ceramic hob with matching extractor hood or bake delicious food in the oven. The dishwasher washes the dishes afterwards. You can eat and sit together with your flatmates in the seating area.
A bright, modern bathroom with a bathtub and natural light is available for freshening up.
The entire apartment has a typical old building charm. High ceilings, beautiful floorboards and some stucco.

There are no additional costs and these are included in the all-inclusive rent. Access to TV, Internet (WLAN) is also included in the all-inclusive rent

Kedenburgstrasse is located in the central district of Hamburg-Wandsbek
Wandsbek is a diverse and lively district in the north-east of Hamburg. Various authorities, banks, hospitals and doctors in the district can be reached quickly on foot or by bike. The weekly market on the Wandsbek market square, with its wide range of products, is a paradise for anyone who likes to be creative in the kitchen. The popular shopping center 'Wandsbeker Quarree' with over 90 stores offers a varied shopping mix as well as restaurants and cafés. There are also 2 large cinemas in Wandsbek. If you want to get away from the hustle and bustle of Wandsbeker Marktstrasse and into the green, you can take a wonderful walk along the Wandse towards Eichtalpark and the botanical garden or jog around the Mühlenteich.
A 2-minute walk and you are at the bus stop that takes you to Wandsbek Markt station, 1.3 km away.
The Wandsbek market square is an important public transport hub. From here it takes 15 minutes to the airport and 13 minutes to Jungfernstieg or the main train station.
