Furnished 8 sqm room in shared flat for 01.05. in Hamburg Wandsbek

Hello dear flat share seekers. We have founded a new shared flat in Hamburg Wandsbek in April 2022.

Jana, Saskia and Ina, all working, are looking forward to a new fourth person ;-) The girls enjoy traveling the world, sewing, drawing, cooking together in the large kitchen, doing sports and meeting up with friends from time to time.

This flat share is not a community of convenience, but a nice cohabitation of people who fit together well, are likeable and open-minded and have a healthy sense of cleanliness. Maybe you have the same hobbies or bring something completely new with you... :) We are open to everything.

Room

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of an apartment building centrally in Hamburg Wandsbek.

It has 4 rooms, which were renovated in April last year. The common areas, hallway, kitchen, bathroom and one room, were furnished and equipped by us. The kitchen serves as a common room, has a dishwasher, oven, refrigerator including freezer and a small cozy sitting area. The bright bathroom invites you to take a relaxing bath in the tub. There is also a guest toilet and this bright, furnished, 8 sqm room. No furniture shopping stress, as it is fully furnished and already equipped with a bed, wardrobe, desk and small things, such as lamps, coat hooks, mirror.

You don't have to worry about the utilities. They are included in the all-inclusive rent, as well as the access to the Internet.

Kedenburgstraße is located in the family-friendly district of Hamburg-Wandsbek
Wandsbek is a diverse and lively district in the northeast of Hamburg. Various authorities, banks, hospitals and doctors in the district can be reached quickly on foot or by bicycle. The weekly market on the Wandsbek market square, with a large assortment, is a paradise for all who like to be creative in the kitchen or garden. The popular shopping center 'Wandsbeker Quarree' offers a varied shopping mix with over 90 stores, as well as restaurants and cafes. 2 large cinemas can also be found in Wandsbek. If you want to escape the hustle and bustle of the Wandsbeker Marktstrasse and go into the green, you can wonderfully walk along the Wandse, direction Eichtalpark and botanical garden or jog his laps around the Mühlenteich.
2 minutes walk and you are at the bus stop that goes to the station Wandsbek Markt, 1.3 km away.
Wandsbek Markt is an important public transport hub. From here it takes 15 minutes to the airport and 13 minutes to Jungfernstieg or Hauptbahnhof.

If you feel that this suits you, you are between 18 and 32 years old and would like to live in the shared flat for at least 6 months. You are also moving in alone and have no pets.
