A room is opening up in our shared apartment—and maybe you’ll be our new housemate soon 🏡✨

We’re Anna (24), Salma (23), and Leoni (20)—a diverse mix of students and working professionals. We’re looking for an open-minded person who enjoys friendly company and is up for a chat in the kitchen ☕🍝 every now and then.

In our free time, we like hanging out with friends, doing track and field, watching shows together on Netflix 🍿📺, or cooking together 👩‍🍳. Music 🎶 is a big part of our lives—whether it’s playing guitar 🎸, singing 🎤, or just relaxing and listening 🎧. We also love to travel 🌍✈️ when time allows.

Everyone has their own space 🛋️, but we’re happy when we get to spend time together 🤗.

Room

The apartment is located on the 1st floor of a charming old apartment building 🏡 in the heart of Hamburg-Wandsbek.

The bright room is approx. 22 square meters 📏, has a beautiful floorboard 🌿 and can - as it is unfurnished 🪑 - be furnished and designed according to your own wishes ✨.

In the kitchen there is not only a dishwasher 🍽️, but also a cozy sitting area ☕ that invites you to linger.

The daylit bathroom 🛁 invites you to take a relaxing bath and offers enough space for all your utensils. There is also a guest WC in the shared flat 🚻.

Best of all, there are no additional costs 🎉 - they are already included in the all-inclusive rent. TV 📺 and Internet (WLAN) 📶 are also included.

Kedenburgstraße is located in the beautiful Hamburg-Wandsbek district

Whether authorities, banks, doctors or hospitals - everything can be reached quickly on foot or by bike 🚲.
The weekly market on Wandsbeker Marktplatz is a real highlight 🛒💐 - perfect for anyone who likes to cook or work in the garden 🍅.

The popular Wandsbeker Quarree invites you to store & stroll 🛍️ - with over 90 stores, restaurants and cafés 🍽️☕.
And for cinema fans, there are two large cinemas 🎬 right in the district!

If you want to get out into the countryside 🌳, you can go for a walk along the Wandse towards Eichtalpark or the Botanical Gardens 🌷 - or you can go for a run around the idyllic Mühlenteich pond 🏃‍♀️.

The nearest bus stop is just a 2-minute walk away 🚌 - it will take you to Wandsbek Markt station (just 1.3 km away) in no time.
From there, you can get anywhere quickly: You can be at Jungfernstieg or the main train station in 13 minutes, and even at ✈️ airport in 15 minutes!

If you feel that our flat share is a good fit for you ✨, you are between 18 and 32 years old 🎂 and would like to stay for at least 6 months, then it's a great fit! It's important that you move in alone 🚶‍♀️ and don't bring any pets 🐶🐱.
