A room is becoming available in our beautiful 4-bed flat share - and maybe you're the person who's still missing! 😊

We are Anna (21), Agenda and Chilali (24) and are looking forward to a new flatmate who will enrich our active shared flat life.

We like to do things with friends, go to concerts, are interested in art, read and travel a lot - and also try to keep our plants alive. 🌿

We are looking for an open-minded person who would like to end the day with us in the kitchen - whether it's cooking, chatting or simply sitting together in a cozy atmosphere. We have a relaxed atmosphere in which everyone can help out as much as they like - but a certain level of cleanliness and tidiness should be a matter of course.

Perhaps you share some of our hobbies - or bring new ideas and interests with you. We are definitely open to new things! 😉

Room

The shared apartment is 88 m² in total and is located on the 2nd floor of a charming old apartment building in a quiet street in Hamburg-Wandsbek.

The bright, approx. 14 m² room is unfurnished, so you can furnish it entirely according to your own wishes and ideas. A special highlight of the apartment is the balcony, which invites you to relax.

The fitted kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher and has a cozy seating area. The shower room offers enough space for all the necessary utensils, and there is also a separate guest WC.

You don't have to plan for any additional costs - they are already included in the all-inclusive rent, as is access to TV, internet (network & WLAN).

Kedenburgstraße is located in the family-friendly district of Hamburg-Wandsbek
Wandsbek is a diverse and lively district in the northeast of Hamburg. Various authorities, banks, hospitals and doctors in the district can be reached quickly on foot or by bicycle. The weekly market on the Wandsbek market square, with a large assortment, is a paradise for all who like to be creative in the kitchen or garden. The popular shopping center 'Wandsbeker Quarree' offers a varied shopping mix with over 90 stores, as well as restaurants and cafes. 2 large cinemas can also be found in Wandsbek. If you want to escape the hustle and bustle of the Wandsbeker Marktstrasse and go into the green, you can wonderfully walk along the Wandse, direction Eichtalpark and botanical garden or jog his laps around the Mühlenteich.
2 minutes walk and you are at the bus stop that goes to the station Wandsbek Markt, 1.3 km away.
Wandsbek Markt is an important public transport hub. From here it takes 15 minutes to the airport and 13 minutes to Jungfernstieg or Hauptbahnhof.
