Moin, in our beautiful 4-person shared apartment is a room free and we are looking for you...

We are Clara (moving in on 01.10.), Nora (moving in in November) and Anna. Since there is a big turnaround here, it's almost like a start-up.

We like to meet friends, also to go to concerts or try out the newest food spots. Besides that, we love to read and travel and keep plants alive. We go bouldering and walking outside, play viola in the orchestra (little at home).

We are looking for one more person for an active WG life, where we can spend the day together in our kitchen, cook together or just chat.
We have a relaxed atmosphere and no one is forced to participate in anything. We like it clean and tidy, but who doesn't. Maybe you share one or another hobby or just bring a few more. We are open for something new ;)

Room

The apartment, in which the offered room is located, is a total of 88 square meters and is located on the 2nd floor of an old apartment building, in a quiet street in Hamburg Wandsbek. Since it is unfurnished, it can be furnished and designed entirely according to your own wishes and needs. The bright 14 sqm leave plenty of room for maneuver. The highlight is the balcony. The fitted kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher and has a cozy seating area. The shower room offers enough space for necessary utensils. In addition, there is a guest toilet in the WG.

You don't have to worry about the utilities. They are, like the access to TV, internet (network and WLAN) and telephone (incl. landline flat,) included in the all-inclusive rent.

Wandsbek is a diverse and lively district in the northeast of Hamburg. Various authorities, banks, hospitals and doctors in the district can be reached quickly on foot or by bicycle. The weekly market on the Wandsbek market square, with a large assortment, is a paradise for all who like to be creative in the kitchen or garden. The popular shopping center 'Wandsbeker Quarree' offers a varied shopping mix with over 90 stores, as well as restaurants and cafes. 2 large cinemas can also be found in Wandsbek. If you want to escape the hustle and bustle of the Wandsbeker Marktstrasse and go into the green, you can wonderfully walk along the Wandse, direction Eichtalpark and botanical garden or jog his laps around the Mühlenteich.
2 minutes walk and you are at the bus stop that goes to the station Wandsbek Markt, 1.3 km away.
Wandsbek Markt is an important public transport hub. From here it takes 15 minutes to the airport and 13 minutes to Jungfernstieg or Hauptbahnhof.
