Hello, we are - Zoé (21) Azubine and Eylem (21) employees in health care, who like to go hiking and always have music on their ears; -)
Unfortunately, our dear roommates move out, so that 2 rooms in our nice flat share become free. We would be happy about open-minded and nice people. While everyone does their own thing, mutual consideration is important to us. We also like to sit together in the kitchen, cook and drink one or the other beer, and go to the cinema together from time to time. We are also active in sports, playing ice hockey, kickboxing, skiing and cycling, hiking, sailing and jogging. Are also creative and musical and play guitar and piano.

Room

The apartment in which the offered room is located has a total of 4 rooms. 'Your' future room, through the large windows, is flooded with light and bright. On the 18 sqm everything can be wonderfully accommodated and set up so that you can create a bedroom and living area. The room is rented unfurnished, so that you can unfold freely and design according to your own wishes.

The room and all other areas of the apartment, were freshly renovated in 2014.
It was:
- Laminate newly laid
- a new kitchen installed
- Electrical system renewed
- the entire apartment connected with WiFi

You don't have to worry about the utilities. They are included in the rent.
Access to TV, Internet (WLAN) and telephone (incl. Landline flat) included in the stated rent.

Location

The apartment is located in the heart of Wandsbek.
You need on foot, 10 minutes to the subway stop, Straßburger Straße (U1), alternatively 5 minutes to the bus stop Friedrich-Ebert-Damm (271)
Journey times U1-Straßburger Straße - & gt; Hauptbahnhof = 11 minutes-Straßburger Straße - > Jungfernstieg = 16 minutes

If you do not want to go to the city center, you can shop in the Wandsbeker Quarree, or directly on the Friedrich-Ebert-Damm. Doctors, restaurants and cinemas are also in the immediate vicinity and are partly within walking distance.

You need 10 minutes by foot to the underground station Straßburger Straße (U1). Alternatively you could also reach the station by bus (line 271 - Station Friedrich-Ebert-Damm) 200m from home.
