Hello, we are Hassan (23), Sogand (21) and Lisa (25) and we are looking for a nice person for the vacant room.

We are working and students and would be happy to meet open-minded and nice people with a healthy sense of cleanliness. We sit together, cook and occasionally go to the movies or watch films together. We are also active in sports, cycling, hiking, sailing, horse riding and jogging. The atmosphere is relaxed, the motto is "anything goes but nothing is a must". Despite the open and friendly atmosphere, privacy is very important so that we can find time and space for ourselves.

Room

The apartment in which the room on offer is located has a total of 4 rooms. Your future room is flooded with light and bright thanks to the large windows. On the 18 square meters everything can be wonderfully accommodated and set up in such a way that you can create a sleeping and living area. The room is rented unfurnished so that you can develop freely and arrange it according to your own wishes.

You don't have to worry about utilities (electricity, water, gas), these are included in the rent.
Access to TV and Internet (WLAN) is also included.

Hochstrasse is located in the Hamburg-Wandsbek district close to the city center
Wandsbek is a diverse and lively district in the north-east of Hamburg. Various authorities, banks, hospitals and doctors in the district can be reached quickly on foot or by bike. The weekly market on the Wandsbek market square, with its wide range of products, is a paradise for anyone who likes to be creative in the kitchen or garden. The popular shopping center 'Wandsbeker Quarree' with over 90 stores offers a varied shopping mix as well as restaurants and cafés. There are also two large cinemas in Wandsbek. If you want to escape the hustle and bustle of Wandsbeker Marktstrasse and head into the countryside, you can take a wonderful walk along the Wandse river towards Eichtalpark and the botanical garden or jog around the Mühlenteich pond.

The Wandsbek market square is an important public transport hub. From here it takes 15 minutes to the airport and 15 minutes to Jungfernstieg or the main railway station.
