We are Sogand (23) and Mohammad (27) and we are looking for a new roommate who fits in well with us 😊.

We would like to live together in a harmonious, respectful and relaxed atmosphere, where we feel comfortable and are considerate of each other.
Mohammad likes to spend his free time playing tennis, hiking, traveling, listening to music and cooking 🎾🌍🎶🍝. Sogand loves listening to music and podcasts 🎧 and enjoys going out with friends or doing things together.

It's important to us that the flat share remains clean, tidy and friendly - respect, openness and a pleasant atmosphere are our top priorities ✨. So if you fancy a friendly flat share where people get on well, we look forward to hearing from you! 🤗

Room

The apartment in which your future room is located consists of a total of 4 rooms 🏡.
Your new realm is wonderfully bright and flooded with light thanks to the large windows 🌞. On 18 m² you have enough space to make yourself really comfortable - whether as a sleeping or living area, you can design everything according to your ideas ✨.

The room is rented unfurnished, so you can develop freely and bring in your own style 🎨🪴.

You don't need to worry about utilities - electricity, water and gas are already included in the rent 💧⚡🔥.
TV and WiFi 📺💻 are of course also available to you.

Location

Hochstrasse is located in the Hamburg-Wandsbek district close to the city center 🏙️.

Wandsbek is a diverse and lively district in the north-east of Hamburg - here you will find everything you need for everyday life close by.
You can quickly reach public authorities, banks, doctors and hospitals on foot or by bike 🚲.
The Wandsbeker Quarree with over 90 stores, restaurants and cafés invites you to stroll and linger 🛍️☕. Two large cinemas also provide entertainment right in the district 🎬.
If you prefer to get out into the countryside, the Wandse is just a few minutes away 🌿 - ideal for walking, jogging or simply relaxing. The path towards Eichtalpark and the Botanical Garden or a walk around the Mühlenteich pond is particularly beautiful.
Wandsbeker Marktplatz is also a central transport hub 🚉 - from here you can be at ✈️ airport in just 15 minutes or at Jungfernstieg or the main train station 🚆 just as quickly.
