We’re Philipp (25), Sogand (23), and Mohammad (27), and we’re looking for a new roommate who’s a good fit for us 😊.

We’re hoping for a harmonious, respectful, and relaxed living situation where everyone feels comfortable and looks out for one another.
Mohammad enjoys spending his free time playing tennis, hiking, traveling, listening to music, and cooking 🎾🌍🎶🍝. Sogand loves listening to music and podcasts 🎧 and enjoys going out with friends or doing things together.

Room

The apartment where your future room is located has a total of 4 rooms 🏡.

Thanks to the large windows, your new space is wonderfully bright and filled with natural light 🌞.

The room is 10 square meters and fully furnished, so you won’t have to worry about hauling and setting up furniture.

You don’t need to worry about utility bills—electricity, water, and gas are already included in the rent 💧⚡🔥.

Of course, TV and Wi-Fi 📺💻 are also available to you.

Location

Hochstrasse is located in the Hamburg-Wandsbek district close to the city center 🏙️.

Wandsbek is a diverse and lively district in the north-east of Hamburg - here you will find everything you need for everyday life close by.
You can quickly reach public authorities, banks, doctors and hospitals on foot or by bike 🚲.
The Wandsbeker Quarree with over 90 stores, restaurants and cafés invites you to stroll and linger 🛍️☕. Two large cinemas also provide entertainment right in the district 🎬.
If you prefer to get out into the countryside, the Wandse is just a few minutes away 🌿 - ideal for walking, jogging or simply relaxing. The path towards Eichtalpark and the Botanical Garden or a walk around the Mühlenteich pond is particularly beautiful.
Wandsbeker Marktplatz is also a central transport hub 🚉 - from here you can be at ✈️ airport in just 15 minutes or at Jungfernstieg or the main train station 🚆 just as quickly.
