4 WG is seeking a new roommate. We are Christopher (20), Konstantin (25) and Timo (28), and to no purpose, community, but want to have a nice life together of people that fit together well, sympathetic and open-minded, and a healthy sense of cleanliness (washing machine, dishwasher available).

we are looking for our 4er WG a new roommate :)

Your room is approx 12 sq. m. and has a private balcony! We especially like our kitchen, as it is fairly new and casual fun invites. Our bathroom highlights from the WG-Standard, since it is new and really nice renovated.

In addition to costs incurred and are included with the rent. Similarly, access to TV, Internet (Wi-Fi) and a telephone (incl. Landline-Flat) in the rent included

Location

The kedenburg street is located in the family friendly neighbourhood of Hamburg-Wandsbek - also have many Singles and couples live here. In the immediate vicinity of the bakery, Kiosk, pharmacy, Restaurants, sun Studio, the lottery, and the Wandsbeker Carre for shopping. In the immediate vicinity you will find the Meridian Spa for Relaxing or for sporting activities. The baths of the country and the eichtal Park are also found nearby.

By 2 minutes of walking you reach the next bus stop. The train station Hamburg-Wandsbek is located about 1.3 km away. Within 10 minutes you are therefore in the middle of the city (Central station).
